Calibrate your breathalyzer every 12 months from the date of purchase and we will continue to extend the manufacturer's warranty up to 5 years from the original purchase date as long as the calibrations are maintained.

    Book your calibration online before it falls due, every 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • 2. Send your breathalyzer to us

    Send your breathalyzer back to Andatech. This is when our technicians can inspect it and maintain its accuracy and condition.

  • 3. Stay covered for up to 5 years

    Once your breathalyzer is calibrated by an Andatech technician, we continue to extend its warranty, up to 5 years, as long as the calibrations are maintained.

Terms, conditions and FAQs

Terms and Conditions for the Andatech Breathalyzers 5 year guarantee

1. You must calibrate your breathalyzer with Andatech every 12 months from the date of purchase. Calibrations must be booked in online and breathalyzers must be sent back to us for calibration. This is important as it's when our technicians can inspect your breathalyzer and maintain its accuracy and condition.

2. No additional purchase is necessary in order for your breathalyzer to be eligible for the Andatech Guarantee, as long as all other conditions are fulfilled.

3. This covers products in Australia and Malaysia only.

4. Calibrations must be performed by an Andatech technician.

5. All terms, conditions and exclusions of our standard manufacturer's warranty apply.

6. If a unit cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to replace the unit with a current equivalent model.

7. Units not calibrated within 7 months from date of purchase or last calibration will lose the eligibility for the extended warranty.

8. The warranty is not transferable if the breathalyzer is sold.

Do I automatically get covered by the Andatech Guarantee?

No additional purchase is necessary to be eligible. You are covered as long as you calibrate your Andatech workplace breathalyzer with us every 12 months from the date of purchase and all other conditions are fulfilled.

What happens if I don't calibrate on time?

Units not calibrated within 7 months from date of purchase or last calibration will lose the eligibility for the extended warranty.

Can someone other than Andatech calibrate my breathalyzer?

No. Calibrations must be performed by an Andatech technician. Calibrations must be booked in and breathalyzers must be sent back to us, which is when our technicians can inspect your breathalyzer and maintain its accuracy and condition.

Where does the Andatech Guarantee apply?

The guarantee covers Andatech workplace breathalyzers in Australia and Malaysia only.

What if my breathalyzer cannot be repaired?

If a unit cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to replace the unit with a current equivalent model.

Can I transfer the guarantee if I sell my breathalyzer?

No. The warranty is not transferable if the breathalyzer is sold.

Does the guarantee replace the standard warranty?

No. The Andatech Guarantee extends the manufacturer's warranty on your breathalyzer, and all terms, conditions and exclusions of our standard manufacturer's warranty apply.
