Shipping policy

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible

So that you know what to expect, we provide some general guidelines here, though the timing of delivery of your order may be slightly different to that outlined below.

Local pick up

You will be informed via email / SMS when your order is ready for pickup (usually in 2-4 business days).

Please Whatsapp +6010 8373 790 to arrange pick up.

Only available upon appointment/booking from 7am-3.30pm.

Not open on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery methods

We currently use City-Link as our Delivery Partner to deliver your parcel safely and quickly with tracking and signature required upon delivery.  

Delivery charges

Delivery prices are subject to weight and postcode (location). 

Delivery time

Delivery times usually take between 3 to 5 working days for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and sometimes longer for remote areas, East Malaysia, and overseas.

These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
